Return & Replacement Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a verified manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos.

After verification, the defective product will be replaced or exchanged according to our return policy. Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by misuse, improper washing, alteration, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
